The director who was working as a Support Worker himself at the time, saw that the agency staff he was working with, needed to be at a higher standard. Today Brooks and Brooks supplies staff for clients all over the North West and Yorkshire, making sure all staff are fully compliant and are placed on our mandatory training programme.
